Veyro reads your inbox and CRM, catches deals that stopped replying, and hands the right person a ready follow-up — before the opportunity goes cold for good.
"A rep is juggling forty conversations at once. One goes quiet for a week. Then two. Eventually no one remembers to follow up."
It's rarely lost interest that kills a deal — it's the follow-up that never happened at the right moment.
Three steps, one goal — no thread goes quiet unnoticed.
Veyro analyzes email threads and CRM activity, tracking missed replies, shifting tone, and signals like "we'll circle back" or "not right now."
Instead of messaging the client automatically, Veyro notifies whoever owns the conversation that a deal has gone quiet — before it's too late.
Based on the earlier thread, Veyro drafts a follow-up in your style. You read it, edit if needed, and send it yourself.
Long sales cycles, dozens of threads at once, real risk of a deal going quiet in someone's inbox — that pattern shows up almost anywhere sales runs on email and a CRM, regardless of industry.

Right now Veyro runs as a free pilot for a small group of companies. Paid plans start after the pilot, and pilot participants hear about pricing before anything changes.
No. Veyro detects silence and drafts a follow-up, but every message is sent by a person on your team, after they've read and approved it.
We're starting with Google Workspace. Support for other providers will follow based on demand from pilot users.
Yes. Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be charged for the next month.
You can disconnect your inbox at any time and ask us to delete your data. See the Security page for how we handle it.
No. Starter works with your inbox alone. Connecting a CRM on Pro helps Veyro match threads to deals and understand their value.
Veyro needs to read sales threads to spot silence. These are the rules we build by.
Veyro never sends, replies, or forwards anything. A person on your team approves every message.
We look at sales threads to detect silence and learn your writing style. Nothing else is used or shared.
Disconnect your inbox anytime. Ask us to delete your data and it's gone.
Email threads and reply timing from the inbox you connect, plus deal stages from your CRM if you connect one.
Send or reply to emails, sell your data, share it with third parties, or use your clients' messages for anything other than your own follow-up drafts.
Only as long as your account is active. Delete requests are handled within 7 days.
Threads include your clients' names and email addresses. We treat them with the same care as your own and use them only to prepare your follow-ups.
Veyro is in a pilot phase. During the pilot, participants share selected threads with us directly and we don't connect to anyone's inbox. Before automatic inbox access goes live, the integration will go through Google's app verification process.
Veyro started from a simple observation. In companies that sell over email, a quote goes out, the client says they'll think about it, and then nothing happens. Nobody decides to drop the deal. It just slips between forty other conversations.
CRMs record deals, but they don't read conversations. They can't tell the difference between a client who said "we're on holiday until the 20th" and one who quietly lost interest. That difference is exactly where revenue gets lost.
We're building Veyro to close that gap: an assistant that reads the conversation, notices when it goes quiet, and gives the right person a reply they can send in their own voice. No auto-sending, no spam, no pretending to be you.
I study Finance and Accounting at Kozminski University in Warsaw. I wanted to build something of my own, so I researched what sales teams struggle with on Reddit and industry forums, and one problem stood out: deals that quietly go cold because nobody follows up in time. Veyro is my answer to that, and I'm now preparing the first pilot with sales teams.
Relationships with clients belong to people. Veyro does the noticing, you do the talking.
If your deals live in email, they can go quiet. We build for that pattern, not for one niche.
Clear about what we read, what we don't, and what stage the product is at.
Join the free pilot and tell us what works.
We're running Veyro with a small group of sales teams before launch. You get recaps and ready follow-ups for your quiet deals. We get honest feedback.
A weekly list of deals that stopped replying, ranked by value, so you know where to start.
What the conversation was about, what you're waiting on, and the client's last signal. No re-reading long threads.
A draft in your tone that references the actual conversation. You edit it and send it yourself.
A 20-minute call about how you sell, how long your deals take, and what a "quiet" deal looks like for you.
Forward the sales threads that went quiet, or a short export of open deals from your CRM. Only what you choose.
For every deal: a conversation recap and a suggested follow-up. You decide what to send.
We count replies and revived deals together, and you tell us what worked and what didn't.
The pilot is free and there's no commitment to buy. When paid plans launch, pilot companies hear about pricing first and decide then.
No. During the pilot you forward only the threads you want us to look at. Automatic inbox connection comes later, once the integration is verified by Google.
Never. We send the recap and the draft to you. Whether and what you send is your decision.
That's fine, and useful to know. Even a handful of revived deals tells us whether Veyro is worth it for teams like yours.
Any business that sells over email: B2B SaaS, agencies, consulting, professional services, manufacturing and more.

How Veyro collects, uses and protects personal data. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
Veyro is an early-stage product that helps sales teams notice deals where a client stopped replying and prepare a follow-up. Today Veyro runs as a free pilot: participants share selected email threads with us, and we prepare conversation recaps and draft replies for them. This policy explains what we do with personal data during the pilot, on this website, and once the Veyro app connects to email accounts.
The controller of personal data is Jan Borowiec, operating Veyro (Poland). You can contact us about anything related to your data at hello@useveyro.app.
When you connect a Google account, Veyro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail data only to provide the features you see in Veyro (detecting quiet deals, conversation recaps and draft replies), we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide these features or as required by law, and people at Veyro do not read it unless you ask us to for support, it is necessary for security, or the law requires it.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under agreements that require them to protect it:
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In those cases transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We limit access to the people who need it, use encrypted connections, and keep shared materials only for as long as described above. Before Veyro connects to email accounts in production, the integration will go through Google's app verification and security review.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before the withdrawal). To use these rights, write to hello@useveyro.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
Veyro is a business tool and is not intended for people under 16.
We will update this policy as Veyro moves from the pilot to a full product. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will notify pilot participants and users about significant changes.
The rules for using the Veyro website and pilot. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
These terms apply to the Veyro website and to the Veyro pilot. Veyro is operated by Jan Borowiec (Poland), contact: hello@useveyro.app. By joining the pilot or the waitlist you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Veyro helps you notice sales conversations where the client stopped replying and gives you a recap of the conversation and a suggested follow-up. Veyro only suggests: it never sends, replies to or forwards emails for you. You decide whether to use a draft, and you are responsible for any message you send.
The threads and data you share remain yours. You allow us to use them only to provide the pilot and the service to you. The drafts we prepare for you are yours to use. The Veyro name, logo, website and software belong to Veyro. Feedback you give us can be used to improve Veyro, without any obligation towards you.
Veyro is provided "as is" during the pilot. We do not guarantee that any deal will be recovered, that drafts will be accurate, or that the service will be available without interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, Veyro is not liable for lost profits, lost deals or indirect damages resulting from using the pilot or the drafts, including messages you decide to send. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, for example for damage caused intentionally.
The prices on the Pricing page describe planned subscriptions and may change. Paid plans will start only after the pilot, under separate terms that you will be able to read before buying. Pilot participants will hear about pricing first.
We may update these terms as Veyro develops, and we will notify pilot participants about significant changes. These terms are governed by Polish law. Questions: hello@useveyro.app.
